About the Role
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who enjoys building visual systems and translating ideas into expressive, functional design. This role supports branding and identity work across a variety of applications and collaborates closely with CXRE’s Creative Director and design team.
This role may support an upcoming project and also contributes to CXRE Labs’ ongoing contractor roster.

Responsibilities

Support logo and identity exploration

Create brand elements, patterns, and visual assets

Design mockups for packaging, merch, signage, and digital use

Assist with layout development for brand guidelines

Collaborate with designers and strategists

Deliver clean, organized, production-ready files
Requirements

Strong portfolio demonstrating branding work

Proficiency in one or more of the following:

Adobe Illustrator

Photoshop

Affinity Designer

Figma

Strong sense of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy

Ability to interpret direction and contribute ideas
