Harvard Business Review sought CXRE Labs to visually articulate the narrative of The Anti-Racist Leader, focusing on CEOs fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion. The challenge was to create illustrations that embodied unity and inclusivity without relying on literal depictions. HBR required a sophisticated approach using silhouette styles, abstract shapes, and intersecting colors to communicate the complex and transformative ideas behind anti-racist leadership.

The final illustrations delivered a visually compelling and conceptually rich representation of The Anti-Racist Leader. Through the use of silhouettes, abstract forms, and layered colors, the artwork captured the essence of unity and inclusivity in a nuanced and sophisticated manner. The illustrations elevated the narrative, aligning seamlessly with HBR’s thought leadership tone and providing impactful visuals that resonated with their audience.
